VR can help the mobility-challenged
explore our planet... and beyond.

Providence TrinityCare Hospice approached us with a challenge to take their in-home care patients places they can't easily go. We're honored to embark on a project that would help the lives of many. For Kevin, a young patient of TrinityCare, visiting Space had always been a desire, but even getting out of the house is difficult.  We needed to engineer a mobile VR cart that would be easy to transport, setup, and operate so his caregivers can make in-home treatment a more positive experience, easily.

With the mobile PC VR cart, Kevin and others are able to experience space through Mission: ISS, and much more available in VR.  The portability and reliability of the system, combined with a sensitivity to sanitization and ease-of-use

“Sometimes when I go in there I just forget about what I have, and these conditions. When you’re out there [in space] you feel like normal, you feel, how do I say this… you feel like… with no worries up there."

— Kevin, patient of TrinityCare
