Since all interviews are on Google Meet, make sure everything’s ready:

  • Test your internet connection, camera, and microphone beforehand.

  • Find a quiet, well-lit spot and have the Google Meet link handy.

  • Keep your CV, portfolio, or notes nearby.

  • Join the Google Meet a few minutes early to handle any last-minute tech hiccups.

Using AI during interviews

We know AI tools are part of many people’s day-to-day work and preparation. To make sure everyone has the same expectations, we’ve put together a short guide explaining how AI fits into the Magnopus interview process - including what’s OK and what’s not during live interviews.

Clear, structured answers are the way to go. When talking through past experiences, it helps to explain:

Don’t worry about following a specific interview framework – any clear and honest way of explaining your experience is absolutely fine. We’ll ask follow-up questions to guide the conversation.
